School incursions
Balance & Foot Health School Incursions.
Fun, practical school sessions that help young people build strong foundations for a lifetime of movement through balance, coordination, foot health and mindful movement.
Program purpose
Movement education that feels practical, playful and useful.
So much of how students move, play and perform starts with their feet, yet feet are often neglected. These sessions reconnect students with natural movement patterns through practical activities that build balance, coordination and confidence.
