About Selina
My approach to realistic change.
With my huge love of sport, dance, exercise and movement, you might not expect how much I have struggled with my own health, fitness and body confidence.
From a very young age I was bullied about my weight, so I spent my teenage years educating myself on nutrition, toying with fad diets and constantly comparing myself to others. I only really gained the knowledge to accept and love my body as an adult after years of study, training and a better understanding of the human body.
I use my story, my knowledge and my experience to help others improve their lives, their perception of themselves and their relationship with health and exercise.
I believe a real health and fitness journey never truly ends. It is a lifetime journey of exploration and play where we should challenge ourselves physically and mentally, keep learning, and take care of our one and only vessel.
